Is my Call & Surf contract automatically renewed?
The contract may be terminated at any time after the minimum contract term with notice of 30 days to the end of the month.
Are there cancellation fees in the event of early termination of a Call & Surf contract?
Yes, if you wish to cancel the contract before the expiration of the minimum term, a fee of CHF 300.- will be charged.
Where can I get the username and password for my Internet access?
With the modem you received the username and password. If you were to have forgotten them, please contact us.

Is there a minimum contract term for Call & Surf?
Yes, 12 months.
I would like to sign up for Call & Surf as soon as possible, what do I need to do?
Print the necessary registration forms, fill them out and send us your application including a copy of a valid ID.
I signed up for Call & Surf, can additional costs accrue due to the activation?
In case that an electrician needs to be consulted for the activation, a contribution of 90 Fr. will be charged and has to be payed in advance.
