How can I enable or disable the WLAN function?
On most modems there is a button for the WLAN. For details, refer to the manual of your modem. You can also contact us, and we will gladly help you.
I am a Call & Surf customer, can I set up a guest WLAN?
Yes, if you have a FRIZ!Box, you can set up a WLAN for guests. More information can be found in the user guide. If you need assistance, contact us.
I am a Call & Surf customer and would like to increase or decrease my Internet speed, can I change my subscription?
Our Call & Surf products allow you to surf at a speed of up to 10 Mbit/s. If you want a different speed, you have to opt for one of the Surf products including a VoIP connection for the telephony. Since this is a different technology, the modem must also be exchanged.
I cancelled my Call & Surf contract, can I keep the modem?
No, you need to return the modem to TalkTalk completely. If the modem is not returned, you will be charged a fee of CHF 99.-.
I do not have a telephone connection, how do I proceed to sign up for TalkTalk Call & Surf?
Contact us and we will advise and help you sign up.
I would like to sign up for Call & Surf, why do I need the phone number of the previous tenant?
Print the necessary registration forms, fill them out and send us your application including a copy of a valid ID.
I signed up for Call & Surf, how long does it take to activate the service?
Activating the service usually takes 10 working days, this is not guaranteed.
I signed up for Call & Surf, will a technician connect the modem?
No, connecting the modem is very simple and well explained in the supplied instructions. If you need help please contact us.
What services are included in the Call & Surf tariff plans?
With Call & Surf you get a line rental including the phone and Internet connection.
I am a Call & Surf customer and my modem does not work anymore, can I still make phone calls?
Yes, if the line is not damaged, you can make calls without a modem.
