TalkTalk is entitled to charge the client services charges as follows:
All service charges as PDF.
Fee for the SIM card in case of new activation.
Fee for the SIM card in case of card exchange or replacement (loss/failure).
Charge for paper invoice
Charge for the delivery of a paper invoice by post.
Postal office surcharge
Charge for cash payment at the post office. Will be charged afterwards.
Handling charge for manual deposit (with red deposit slip).
Payment by check
Handling charge for paying by check.
Unsuccessful LSV+/Direct Debit
Handling charge if the debit was not possible by LSV+ or Direct Debit.
Charge for online invoice payment
Handling charge for the payment of outstanding invoices online via credit card or PostFinance Card.
Invoice copy by mail
Handling charge for delivering a copy of invoice by mail.
Payment reminder charge
Charges for reminders will be charged from the 1st reminder. Will be charged afterwards.
