The monthly base fee for selected subscriptions will increase slightly from May 1, 2026. Our goal is to offer you not only a reliable product, but also an all-around positive customer experience. That's why we are constantly working to improve our services for you – whether through a user-friendly customer portal, outstanding customer service, or attractive offers. In order to continue offering and expanding this service, we feel compelled to slightly adjust our base fees in spring.


Starting May 1, 2026, the base fee for the following mobile phone subscriptions will change as follows:

Why is TalkTalk raising its prices?

In order to continue offering this service and to improve it continuously, we will be adjusting our base fees slightly in spring. We are confident that we will continue to offer our customers the best service at a fair price and strive to optimally meet our customers' needs through continuous investment in our quality.

Which price components of the mobile phone subscription are affected?

The price increases only affect the monthly base fee for mobile phone subscriptions. All other rates and fees for non-included units (e.g. data roaming, international calls or premium services) remain unchanged

What happens to my discount?

Your discount remains unchanged. The monthly base fee (list price) will be adjusted, but the actual discount amount remains the same.

Will there be any changes to the services included in the mobile phone subscription?

No. The scope of services (included data, calls, and messages at home and abroad) of the mobile phone subscription remains unchanged.

Which offers are not affected by the price adjustments?

All mobile phone subscriptions affected by price adjustments are listed in the table above. If your mobile phone subscription is not explicitly listed as affected, the price will remain unchanged.

There will be no price adjustments for the following offers:

prepaid

TalkTalk Business mobile phone subscriptions

internet

fixed-line phone

device installments

Where can I find my new monthly base fee of my mobile subscription?

We will inform you about your new base fee of your mobile phone subscription well in advance via mail or post letter (if you have opted for paper invoices), along with all other relevant information.

What will happen to my device installments?

Price adjustments only affect the base fee of your mobile subscription. Device installments remain unchanged and are excluded from price adjustments.

I have an open order for a mobile phone subscription will this subscription become more expensive?

Yes, the price adjustments also apply to open orders if the selected mobile phone subscription is listed in the table.

Example: if you have ordered an affected mobile phone subscription on December 15, 2025, which will not be activated until May 15, 2026, the new, increased base fee will apply to you.

When will the new price appear on my invoice?

The new prices will apply from May 1, 2026.
You will see the adjusted amount on your May invoice for the first time.

I don't agree with the price adjustment do I have a special termination right?

Yes – under certain conditions:

✔ Special termination right possible for


all existing customers

all customers who have ordered their subscription by March 9, 2026

In this case, the affected subscription may be terminated extraordinarily as of April 30, 2026.

Important information:


The special termination right must be exercised by telephone at 0800 300 250.

If a porting or termination is carried out without prior notification by telephone, it will only take effect at the official end of the contract.

Early terminations that are not exercised via telephone and do not explicitly refer to the special termination right granted in this context, may result in additional costs.

customers who place orders on or after March 9, 2026. In this case, the price adjustment applies already to the order.
